The Buffalo Motel and Country Retreat features five acres of gardens sweeping down to the Ovens River. A dedicated building containing a spacious guest-lounge with an adjoining dining room, as well as the Alpine deck, is available to guests when not in use for group bookings.

With garden surrounds, café style seating for 40 people and a new BBQ style commercial outdoor kitchen, the Alpine Deck offers guests front row seats to spectacular views of magnificent Mount Buffalo. BBQ provisions can be easily picked-up in Bright, and The Buffalo Motel and Country Retreat will supply the utensils.
